These products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Shipping and Returns Policies. 7. PAYMENT

8. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Your electronic order confirmation, or any form of confirmation, does not signify acceptance of your order. Physicians Grade LLC reserves the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason. If we deny your order, you will be refunded to your original form of payment. We may require additional information before processing any order.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS

When purchasing a product, you may choose a one-time purchase or enrollment in our Subscribe & Save program. If you enroll, your subscription will automatically renew every 30, 60, or 90 days (depending on your selection) and be billed to the card on file until canceled. If your card details change, we may use an account updater to process renewals. To cancel your subscription, you must contact Customer Support at least 24 hours before the next shipment by phone (1-800-675-0398) or email (support@physiciansgrade.com). From time to time, Physicians Grade LLC may include promotional free products with initial orders. These bonuses will not continue with subscription renewals.

10. SHIPPING

Physicians Grade LLC ships to addresses in the United States via USPS or commercial carrier.

Orders typically ship within 24–48 business hours of placement.
Delivery usually occurs within 4–7 business days.
Accurate shipping address and phone number are required.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address entry.

If you discover an error in your order after submission, contact Customer Support immediately at 1-800-675-0398 or support@physiciansgrade.com. While we will attempt to accommodate changes, same-day shipping may prevent modifications.

11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered sufficient proof of delivery, even without a recipient signature.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Physicians Grade LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If you are unsatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, you may return or exchange the unused portion up to 30 days from the billing date for a full refund under the following terms:

To initiate a refund or exchange, email support@physiciansgrade.com or call 1-800-675-0398. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.
Packages marked “Return to Sender” cannot be processed or refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of your return package. Our shipping department is not allowed to accept packages without an RMA number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping returns using a carrier with delivery confirmation. After receipt, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA

This section applies to everyone who interacts with our social media presence, including comment sections, feeds, and other elements viewable on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or other third-party platforms (“Social Media Presence”). Those platforms have their own terms and policies, which you are responsible for reviewing. If Physicians Grade LLC is found liable despite these limitations, our maximum liability shall not exceed USD $500.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any claim or dispute between you and Physicians Grade LLC related to the Website, our products, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis only.

Your breach of these Terms or incorporated policies,
Your violation of applicable law, or
Your infringement of third-party rights.

You may submit testimonials, reviews, photos, comments, ideas, or suggestions (“Submissions”) to our Website or social platforms. By submitting, you grant Physicians Grade LLC a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such Submissions in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to your Submissions and that they do not infringe on the rights of others. 23. NO WAIVER

No waiver by Physicians Grade LLC of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by Physicians Grade LLC to enforce a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

24. NO AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Physicians Grade LLC as a result of your use of the Website or your purchase of products from us.

25. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies or operating rules posted by Physicians Grade LLC on the Website, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Physicians Grade LLC, and supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
